My lincoln continental 02 is running hot and blowing cold air on heating setting. how do I fix this problem?

Ok I used some k seal for it and it helped but it still run hot. Now the car haven't been driven in a month should I drive it or no?

Have you replaced thermostat? driving hot will result in severe engine damage
