2002 Lexus RX 300 door frosting

Door does not close needs to be heated at least 30 minutes to close. How do I remedy this? Just went for rust proofing.my drivers door.Tried lubricating the latch but still does not work. This only this winter.

they probably got the rust proofing in the door laltch so it wont' close due to the rustproofing. pull the panel off and try to spray brake clean in ther to get the crap off of it. worse case it will have to be pulled off and cleaned.
