I normally store this car during the winter months (unless there is a clear, dry day). I am nearing an oil change. Is it a better idea to change the oil before storage, or just wait till Spring when it will return to normal use? I use full synthetic oil.

I would wait until after the winter is over before doing the oil change. A little excess over the service mileage does not matter.
