2002 Land Rover Freelander Odometer Went 103k 164k Sometimes Turn Car On

Odometer went from 103K to 164K. Sometimes when I turn the car on it doesn't completely turn on I have to wait approx. 15 to 30 minutes and then it turns on. New battery. sometimes when I'm driving it feels like it might shut down.

Sounds like a issue with the body control module.
