My break pedal has a seal at the top that is vacuumed an making my car bog down, What is the name of that seal or how do I fix? it was a little leak an not affecting the car bad till my brother found the leak an poked it and made the car run worse an the noise louder.

I THINK you are referring to the power brake booster. It is mounted on the firewall of the vehicle and the brake master cylinder bolts to it. The booster is vacuum actuated.
