2002 Kia Spectra Wiper issue

How do I use my rear wiper on my 2002 Kia Spectra? I've tried everything and can't get it to come on. The front ones work no sweat, but my rear won't and I don't think it's dead. I need some help for a basic problem.

Start by checking to see if there is power to the rear wiper motor. If there is, chances are the motor is bad. If there isn't, then the wiring will need traced (not fun) to determine where the power is lost.
