All of the lights flicker at the same time. Also caution lights and back red lights. Seat belt and open door sounds stutter every time lights flicker. Yellow lights that are on the headlights also flicker at the same time and also the red lights around the break lights. Regular headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, etc work fine. What is the problem with my car?
