The interior lights flicker. Including the seat belt and open door sounds.

All of the lights flicker at the same time. Also caution lights and back red lights. Seat belt and open door sounds stutter every time lights flicker. Yellow lights that are on the headlights also flicker at the same time and also the red lights around the break lights. Regular headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, etc work fine. What is the problem with my car?

It sounds like you have a bad ground. Check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight, check the ground to the engine block, and check for loose or damaged body grounds.
