got a throttle position sensor code - "range or performance", right after the car started to lose MAJOR power. i replaced the T.P.S., the engine light went off for a day then comes back on. i exchanged the sensor 2 times to rule out a defective part. same story both times. the engine has never regained any power. do i need to clear the code? reset something? i almost think its a clogged catylitic converter, but i keep getting the T.P.S. code coming back...
