maybe it's exhaust related? if you watch touch engine in neutral, does it feel/look smooth? then put in gear and watch/feel, any change?

yes, as I noted initially the engine vibrates when in gear at idle , no vibration/smooth in neutral at idle. why do you think it may be exhaust related? thanks
