codeds for tps and iac valve, replaced both and car still hesitant and will not turn over 3000 rpms

checked fuel pressure ( its good )

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come back on? Any new codes? How does the engine run up to 3K rpm's?

i checked the fuel pressure and it was up to specs. the car runs fine untill you get to 3000 rpms after that it falls on its face
