the shift lever is very stiff and seems like the button does not engage enough to make the lever work freely and thus causing it to not move into a gear easily at all. is there a linkage problem with the shifting lever or is this a transmission problem....it is shiting thru the gears fine when i engage in to drive and go...running smooth..seems like itis just the lever.
