Brakes locking

While driving the brakes will slowly lock up (the front right now, all four wheels in the past) and the brake pedal becomes hard and immovable. Only letting the car sit for 15 to 30 minutes OR cracking the fitting at the m.C. Will allow them to release. The dealer has replaced the m.C. 3 times and the problem has occured again, this time after 13,000 miles of driving. I have tried unbolting the m.C. From the booster to see if that will release the brakes but it doesn't. Am I looking at ANOTHER bad m.C. Or am I missing something?

Try checking the caliper and the brake hose before another MC

I have a hard time thinking that's the problem. Guess it's not out of the realm of coincidence to have both calipers go at the same time. I had just recently replaced the front pads and did not have a problem resetting the calipers.I'm thinking I'll go through it all again, just to be sure.

Also consider checking the ABS unit and the brake pushrod adjustment

The car is non-abs.I did check to see if removing the m.C. From the booster assembly had any effect , it did not.
