2002 Kia Carnival loosing power under load

coughs and splutters looses power when under load have changed spark plugs and leads oxygen sensors but the problem still exsists and it is running very rich

If you can get a scan tool to read live data. I would look at all your temp sensors to be sure they are reading right. Check MAF sensor (if equipped). Make sure there are no cracks or breaks in the intake tube to throttle body.
