Does the heavy duty relay in engine compartment control fan speeds or just the switch. It only runns the fan on high.

Do you mean blower motor
if so you need to check or replace the resistor
if you dont have 1-2-3 speed

Where is the resistor? I would assume in the switch in the dash.
