2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee i need help

i have grand cherokee 4.0L 2002 model. about a month ago my car started misfiring from some of the plugs. so my mechanic detected that the A,B and D coils are not working. so we bought new one to replaced it. but still the problem came back.
what can be the problem

check compression and fuel pressure with a gauge. then rescan an d have the mechanic freeze frame it to see if it's another sensor screwing up
