2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Engine running and shifting

Engine is not running smooth, multiple cylinder misfire 1, 2, 4, 5; control circuit #4 injector output driver does not respond properly to the control signal, Throttle Position Sensor w/low voltage, trans. Temp. No rise after start and voltage to high, governor pressure above 3 PSI in gear with 0 MPH. Fuel is good Hi Test, checked for water, OK. What could all this mean? Maybe disconnect battery to reset OBD?

Try checking all vacuum hoses. Put a gauge on it and make sure it has 18 pounds at least and replace the injector. For starters

The clue is the "control circuit #4 injector output driver" which means you have a shorted fuel injector, I would swap it out and then clear the codes it should fix the problem. Here is how to do the job. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
