Diagnosis dilemma

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - mechanics can't figure out problem - red brake light and ABS light on - odometer and radio lights flashing - car power diminishes then resumes. ?????

check to make sure the batttery is good first as well as body/chassis grounds. then scan the system to see if there are any codes for the abs. You may have a bad master cylinder.
