CHECK BOTH ENDS OF EVERY "BIG" CABLE (LIKE THE ONES FROM THE BATTERY) LOOSEN 'EM, SCOOCH 'EM AROUND, THE TIGHTEN THEM WELL (IF THIS HAPPENED ON IT'S OWN)

YOU DIDN'T ACCIDENTALLY SWAP JUMPER CABLES POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE SIDES (EVEN FOR A SPLIT SECOND) THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED THIS ISSUE?
