I wanna know Wat makes my engine coolant low keep coming on I have to stop an put water or anti freeze in it bout 5 or 6 time

I mean ok like my engine coolant low light be coming on I don't know y it coming on like that I mean I replaced my thermostat an thermostat housing ok now it stills comes on I don't know y it does I have to stop an put water in it bout 5 or 6 times what else can make my engine coolant level to be low

If there are no visible leaks, check the engine oil to make sure the coolant isn't mixing with it. Also, is there any white smoke from the exhaust?

Most times the pump leaks via a weep hole when the bearing in it or the seal goes bad. If that is the case, the water pump will need replaced.
