Whirring sound in front

2002 x type
I have a a whirring noise that starts around 25 mph and goes away over 30 mph, it will stay constant if you don't go over 30. I can't tell exactly where it is coming from but it sounds like the front.

try revving the engine in nuetral or park while under the hood and see if you can hear it. if not take it to a pro let him give you a diagnosis.
