I have a 2002 isuzu trooper and we changed the catalic converts and egr valve but it still won't drive over 20 mph what is wrong and we hooked it up to a machine and it said the catalic converters and egr valve were bad that's all

Are you able to rev the engine in neutral?
Were the spark plugs and related components and fuel system checked?
