Are all of the lights working immediately after changing the bulbs? Next time you change the bulb, use a tissue or towel instead of your bare hands/fingers. The oils and acids in our skin can make automotive bulbs blow very quickly because they eat the glass.

Make sure the light fixtures/housings aren't leaking. Make sure the wiring is all in good condition. Make sure the proper size fuse is installed.
