will hesitate going into first gear

when I take it out of park and put in in drive sometimes it will hesitate going into first gear , after it gets into gear it runs good and shifts normally until i stop again it just does it on take off.So i'm a bit confused as to why sometimes it does it and sometimes it don't .

filter may be clogged in the trans. try changing trans oil/filter and see what happens. These guides can help fix it.
