2002 Isuzu Rodeo Headlights Turned On Tail Brake Lights Stay On Also Off

When the headlights are turned on, the tail brake lights stay on. Also when the lights are off and the brake is applied the dash and parking lights come on.

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere in the system but it will likely take some electrical knowledge to find it.
