power windows power seats and sunroof stop working

I have a 2002 infiniti qx4 my battery died and when I replaced the battery I noticed that the power windows power seats and sunroof stop working any suggestions? I checked fuses and relays seem to be ok.

Power windows and power sunroof and power seats are not working.Radio works fine a/c works fine

Make sure the battery is fully charged. Make sure the charging system is working properly. Check all fuses and relays.

Charging system is in good working order fuses and relays are ok.I heard comments about you have to reprogram the electrical system computer.

Make sure the affected components are receiving power.
