Transmission Fluid Liters

How many liters of oil for the transmission for 2002 Nissan/Infiniti Q45? I found 5L and I believe that their needs to be 8L. Can you please clarify. Thank you.

Complete capacity is 10L but on filter fluid change less will be needed

Thanks, however, the Q45 doesn't come with a filter, so, is it still 10L?
