how to remove the air intake to replace pcv valve on the driver side of 2002 Infiniti Q45?

The PCV valve should be located on the engine valve cover. To remove the hose you should be able to just give it a tug. If that does not get it off you might need to twist it with some pliers (carefully, you don't want to break the valve).
