2002 Hyundai Sonata power steering fluid???

owners manual says that psf-3 type fluid should be used. can't find it anywhere. did find a Prestone that is specifically engineered for use in all Asian vehicles. thing is, the prestone stuff is a premium full-synthetic formulation, and I think I read somewhere that if I use synthetic, I will need to flush the system. what should I do if I can't find pst-3 type fluid?

psf stands for power steering fluid tehn tpe 3 it shold say on can/bottle. you can use the prestone stuff without flushing it will probably say on bottle
