Is it constant? Only on cold start? Does it change in noise level with different rpm/temperature?

You might try a heavier grade oil? Or pull valve cover and inspect for visible defects.

Has hydr lifters directly under cam lobes on top of valve. A single tap could be something else or just 1 bad lifter.

It is advisable to replace all lash adjusters as you do not want to repeat the job again if a second one fails in the near future, remember that they all have done the same amount of work, so another failure may not be far away.
