2002 Hyundai Santa Fe Key Lock Unlock Doors Even Pushing Button Inside There

I have to use a key to lock and unlock my doors, but when I do so (even pushing the lock button from the inside) there is this loud noise sor of like a buzz but more ignoring.

The door lock actuator is failing.
