what would be leaking under the air filter on a 2002 hyundai elantra?

something is leaking under the air filter housing and the relay box. it smells like radiator fluid but the radiator is not low. the temperature gauge inside is normal temp. when i stop smoke come out from under the hood. What could be leaking?

Maybe thermostst or throttle body. remove air cleaner and have a look. repair now before coolant runs low and damage occurs to engine costing$$$$$$
