There is a squeaking noise when I start my vehicle and it stays when I drive. Adjusted the belt tighter than spec with no change. Is this a pump problem. Plugged filter, or?

Noise is not transmitted well in cyberspace, the possibility that there is something close to failure is really not worth the risk. Have the car safety inspected for this issue straightaway. The number of things that it could be is too great to list here.
