Timing is not something that you have to worry about when removing the pulley. It won't be effected. The pulley has a keyway to align it to the correct position. I hope you realize that this is not an easy job and will require a puller and likely a strong impact gun to remove the bolt. You may even have to lower the engine cradle to gain access room to work.
