My daughter has a 2002 Hyundai elantra which she has had 8 months. Oil is flowing out near the bottom pully, the harmonic damper? I removed the front passenger side tire and the leak appears to be coming from behind the harmonic damper. It only leake when the motor is running and it is a steady stream of oil. I have also been told it could be a camshaft bering gone bad. Any advice? Thanks for your time.

Probably is the front crank shaft seal, it will have to be removed as will the timing cover to view the cam seal, if the front seal is leaking make sure that the seal surface is not grooved as if so the new seal will start to leak sooner than expected.
