Have a 2002 elantra had the head gasket repaired since I got it back 5 codes popped up on my obd 2 because shift solenoid B,C, and D are malfunctioning the input turbine is malfunctioning what would cause that/

These are all transmission codes, i would do a code clear, unplug the transmission loom and clean pins with an electrical cleaner and drive and see if it resets these codes, start here.
