I want to get an hyundai coupe engine 2.7 V6. From UK to use in a European car is that possible? Or the engine from left side driving is different from right side driving?

The engine itself may not be different but the components around the engine most likely will be. I live in the USA so I never get to see a right hand drive production vehicle but I would assume things like where the steering column go through the firewall are different including the engine harness where it goes through the firewall. If you can match all of that up, then I don't see a problem with using it.
