My question is that my idle fluctuatesfor the first 15 seconds when I first start up the car. After that the car idles and runs fine, the Idle motor has been replaced already. Due to barometric variations when I first start the car, could the MAP sensor be bad or going bad?

The MAP sensor should set a trouble code / check engine light if it is bad. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Is the check engine light on?
