2002 Hyundai Accent Just Got 108000 Miles Over Drive One Shifts Correctly Rough

I just got a 2002 Hyundai accent with 108000 miles. When over drive is one it shifts in correctly and rough and rpms jump around. Will a tranny flush help and is it safe at that many miles if its never been done?

you can try it but don't expect alot, it may be a electrical problem have a trans guy run a scan on it for codes as well.
