2002 Honda Odyssey running lights

My park lights wont turn off even if the light switch is off. My dome lights and dash lights wouldnt come on because a fuse blew that feeds power to my interior dome dash lights and radio but when I replaced the fuse the the lights stay on and the radio is showing code on it

the radio probably need acode installed so it will work again due to losing power try your last 4 digits of vin otherwise call Honda and give them your vin. Not the dealer they will charge you. for the lights have a pro look at it because it can be one of the multiplex units, or combination switch
