Since there is a shorting somewhere, you need to locate the source.

Which fuse is blowing?

Does it blow immediately upon installation or only after some component is turned on?

For all the components that are not working, it is possible they are related to this fues.

Unplug all of them and test if shorting still occurs. If not, reinstall each one and test until the one that is blows the fuse is found.
