Honda cr-v 2002. It got caught up in a flood and was soaked up to the hood. It was taken for a scan and the scanner couldn't connect to the ecu. So what next do I do as I couldn't get a scan result. Thank you.

This car is most likely just going to give you headaches. Once they have that much water in them it pretty much ruins the electrical system. You might get one thing fixed, but there will always be other problems.
The first thing you will probably have to do is replace the computer.

I have troble in my job, HONDA CRV have damaged in E.C.U unit, this troble in head lamp system, this lamp in on position for long time, the ignition is off position but lamp not off, this problem make me confusing, I want make wiring harnes for lamp, I want cut power to system lamp in ECU, my question :what effect if I am to cutting power system relay lamp in ECU?
