What type of catalytic converter do I have?

I want to know what type of catalytic converter I have. I am calling around to get quotes on replacing it, but people ask me if it is a bolted or welded one. I have a 2002 Honda CR-V with 141,000 miles. It is the high end model. I think EX.
Also, how often does a catalytic converter need replacing? Could the engine light that is on refer to the oxygen sensors instead of a bad catalytic converter? And how would I know?
Thanks,
Rebecca

Get a scan done and let me know the EXACT trouble code.

OEM catalytic converter would be bolted on and if it is aftermarket, it would be welded. The lifespan of catalytic converters are not fixed but most would start failing after 5 years.
