How do you remove the Rear door belt molding on a 2002 Honda Civic?

How do you remove the Rear door belt molding on a 2002 Honda Civic? Does this require removing the fixed glass to access the clips?

I was referring to the belt molding on the outside of the door, not the seat belt.

Yes, the belt molding, or window molding that runs horizontal seperating the door skin from the window glass. It also keeps water out of the inside of the door.

The weather stripping is clipped or pressed into place. See attached.
