2002 honda civic 79,000 miles. right passenger rug is almost always saturated with fluid and will stink. any thoughts? also when an oil chabge was done about 1 yr. ago they changed a filter in the glove box. It was cleaned out mostly BUT some were deep in and couldn't get at them. I could hear them blowing around in there and it still makes a noice any correlation?? thanks

Your air conditioning drain is plugged. Look under the hood, on the firewall on the passenger side, for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend molded in. It will be hanging down. Squeeze the end to dislodge any debris. If water doesn't come pouring out, squeeze the wire ring around the base to pull the hose off, then stick a pencil in the tube to clear the obstruction. That water is condensation from the air conditioning system and is supposed to be dripping onto the ground inside the right front wheel.
