If you are replacing the entire panel, this is a major repair that requires that you purchase a new panel, place it where it needs to go, cut the old one off the vehicle making sure to leave enough sheet metal that you can attach the new one, and welding it into place, then using body filler to straighten everything, then primer and paint. If you have never been trained to do this, I wouldn't recommend doing it without skilled help. It requires special tools and equipment.
