Honda accord 2002 chipped and ruined windshield

I am owning Honda accord 2002 and It HAS some marks made by thrown small stones on the windshield by a moving trck few months back , in the day it is ok, but in the night it makes some disturbance , is it recommended to have the windshield polished or any other means to reduce these marks _ and please do let m eknow the prioce of such windshield in case I would like to change.

Secondly , it is recommended to polish ( buff ) you body of the vehicle by a polishing machine ? , could you pl recommend the best polish to use 1) by hand 2) by machine

Get a new screen, you will have to contact your local suppliers as prices will vary, as for body work a cut and polish with a mechanical buff will do wonders.
