Throwing codes P1135, P0141, P0330 & P1155 Transmission will not even shift into second unless it is going into red. Will I need to replace the whole transmission?

These codes are for the oxygen and knock sensor so they should affect the transmission shifting, can I ask if the speedometer is working? If not, this will be the problem, I would replace the VSS which should fix it.
