2002 gmc sonoma....new rear brakes and now brake pedal almost touches floor when pressed

Changed rear brake drums and shoes last week and everything was fine. now brake pedal almost touches floor when applied and it feels like there is no stopping power in the front brakes

Check for fluid leaks and resivor level. if good check rear brake adjustment should have slight drag when truned by hand. was system bleed?
