had to replace the intake manifold gasket how do I set the timing right so the truck will run

Do you have the distributor pulled? When you reinstalled it, did you set it with TDC on the crank and pointing to the #1 cylinder?

the timing mark on the crank and block look to be lined up. are there two marks on the crank pulley and the plugs have spark
