sierra front tires wont turn when in 4wd

2002 sierra 4wd enages into 4wd but front tires dont turn replaced front acutator and cv axles and still nothing it feels as if in 4wd but the front tires will not turn it worked until a cv axle failed but not after everything was replaced

Make sure you are getting power to the actuator on the transfer case. Also, make sure you are getting power to the actuator on the front axle. Let me know what you replaced and location of part on the front axle.
